Meet Tim Corcoran. Tim is a personal trainer and coach with years of experience working with youth to adults in strength and conditioning, weight loss, competitive swimming and weight training. Tim is a long-time Wilton resident and class of ’98 graduate. He was a four-time All American swimmer, school record holder, Wahoo team record holder and state record holder as well as a National Age Group Champion and Junior National silver medalist during his four years at Wilton High School and as a Wilton Wahoo.

Tim is the Fitness Director at Four Seasons Racquet Club where he works with membership and the competitive tennis program helping young athletes build the strength and agility needed to compete. Tim also runs has own personal training business, Life Fit LLC, where he works one-on-one with individual clients of all sports and ages. He is also the strength and conditioning coach for the Wilton Wahoos National Team, a strength program he began and developed in 2010.  A former athlete himself and a believer in lifestyle fitness, Tim has helped countless people reach their goals in living a healthier lifestyle and attaining the strength gains they need to perform better in their respected sports and personal fitness levels.

Personal Training Package Rates:
Single sessions $95  |  5 sessions  $450  |  10 sessions  $850  |  20 sessions $1450

Small Group Training Rates (train with friends or family)
Doubles: sIngle session $120  |  5 session $550  |  10 sessions $1,000    20 sessions $1,800
Three or more: Single session $125  |  5 sessions $600  |  10 sessions $1100  |  20 sessions $2000

Youth rates (14/under)  are 10% less than listed rates and sessions are 45 minutes.

All packages are paid in advance and non-refundable. Small group sessions must be used together. Please cancel within 24 hours advance or a session will be charged.
