Four Seasons offers you Hatha Yoga, one of the physical practices of yoga. Many people think that yoga is just stretching. But while stretching is certainly involved, yoga is really about creating balance in the body and mind through developing both strength and flexibility. Join Andrea Lankester, our certified Hatha Yoga Instructor, for her popular weekly classes.

Let your body follow the gentle, flowing discipline that will create balance, flexibility and strength within your core while enjoying a wonderful, relaxing (yes, relaxing!) low impact workout. You’ll enjoy yoga’s benefits on and off the tennis court as sessions are specifically tailored to each individual’s level of experience and physical condition.
