Cardio Tennis
Cardio Tennis is an exercise class held on a tennis court designed to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high energy workout. Taught by certified teaching professionals, Cardio Tennis includes warm-up, cardio workout, and cool down phases. If you’re looking for a great way to get in shape, burn calories and work on your tennis game, try Cardio Tennis.
Classes are held on Tuesdays from 12:00pm – 1:00pm and Friday mornings from 8:00am – 9:00am.
