NEW! Varsity Training
High School Varsity Training Starts Now!

4Seasons PyramidMany players make the mistake of waiting until the last minute to begin preparing for high school tryouts. Much like cramming for a test, this approach seldom produces the best results.

This fall, Four Seasons will be offering a new, comprehensive, 26-week program designed to get you ready for school tryouts.

The program will be led by Four Seasons Head Professional and Wilton High School Varsity Coach,
Chris Damone.
.
Using the Periodization approach, and Chris’ “Pyramid of Success”, the program will be divided into six 4-week phases that will gradually build your foundation physically, technically and tactically.

The last two weeks of the program will focus heavily on match play, so you’re at your competitive peak when tryouts begin.
