Meet Your Four Seasons Personal Trainer:
SHELLEY COOPER – Fitness Director, NSCA-CPT
Shelley is a personal trainer who’s also a talented holistic psychotherapist. She received her certification as a personal trainer from The National Strength and Conditioning Association in 2008, and has helped countless children, teens and adults achieve optimum health and well-being. An accomplished 200-hour RYT yoga instructor as well, Shelley founded Yoga Core Fitness in 2009 to help her students find confidence and balance in their lives – we invite you to benefit from her wealth of experience. Our modern studio includes a full complement of exercise equipment including elliptical machines, exercise bikes, treadmills, Hoist exercise machines, free weights, bosu balls, exercise bands and balls – all easily accessible to you. Four Seasons Racquet Club members receive a special discounted Studio Fitness pass, including a free Personal Training (PT) session. Additional PT packages are available for one-on-one conditioning and wellness. Furthermore, ask us about our tennis conditioning programs for teens.
